Reference guide for commissions

1: What are the rates for stories?

For the first chapter or for a single short story, I charge 30$. For each ongoing chapter of the same story, I charge 25$. Or, get a short/new chapter each month for 15$ over on my SubscribeStar, as well as exclusive access to new/unreleased content. The first chapter often takes the most amount of work to develop. Between creating characters, settings, references, and a general story, it’s the most challenging and time-consuming. Once a story is started, it’s easier to keep rolling. There are steep discounts available as well for ordering multiple chapters at once.

2: What is included in that price?

A single chapter, or a short story, will include approximately 3,000 words, or 10 - 12 pages.

3: What is the expected turnaround on commission stories?

Once a storyline has been developed and agreed upon, stories will have a typical turnaround time of 3 - 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the story.

4: How are stories delivered?

Stories can be delivered in two ways, either in a file format such as PDF or Word or as a private, password-protected page on my website that you and anyone you’d like to share with can access 24/7.

5: What forms of payment are accepted?

Payments are made upfront before a story is commissioned and are payable directly through my website’s commission page. Payments use SSL-encrypted payment processing through Squarespace’s payment processing system.

6: Are there any kinks that you aren’t comfortable writing?

In general, I’m open to writing just about anything and am open for discussion if you have something that borders on my boundaries. The primary kinks I will not write are gore, furries (I’ve tried writing furry content, and I know the quality of those writings does not match the rest of my work, and I want to deliver quality content,) and graphic scat outside diapers.

7: How does a commission story work? How will you know what to write about?

When you add Custom Stories - Chapter 1 to your cart from my commission's page, you will be asked to fill out a form. This form will ask for your email to contact you, what perspective you’d like the story written, if you’d like it to be sexual or not, and well as kinks you’d like to include. If your specific kink is not listed, there is a space for you to type anything at the bottom of the form.

From there, once you’ve checked out, I will send you an email from my business email, solarascott16@gmail.com, so that we can discuss what you are looking for in your story. I can hand-craft a story down to the finest details of what you’d like, or you can leave it up to me with a general idea.

8: What if I don’t like the finished product?

After your story has been delivered, you may have it edited to your liking. I will edit up to 1,500 words to your specification up to 5 business days after the delivery date.

9: What falls under the ‘Add Another Chapter’ price bracket versus a new story?

In general, the most difficult part about a story is getting started, developing characters, backgrounds, settings, etc. This is why the first chapter is also the most expensive because these all need to be hashed out before writing can begin. If you elect to continue the story, the next chapter will follow up from the end point of the first chapter or short story.

10: Can my story be a rendition of your posted works?

I am more than happy to craft a story for you with my characters or settings from any of my works.
